I have been a customer for 5 years + at the Canary Wharf store. A friend introduced me and I work in Canary Wharf so it is very convenient. Also, IWC and Rolex are my favourite watch brands.
There are other approved dealers In Canary Wharf that also sell these brands but the service at DMR is always excellent and, in my opinion, a key differentiator.
The team are always welcoming and professional and there is a friendly atmosphere at the store.
My main go to person is Sandy, the store manager. He treats me like a friend and the service is exemplary. He is also a very knowledgable but never pushy even though he once suggested that I should buy a present for my wife. She was very grateful.
On one occasion recently I had a minor issue with a watch which Sandy dealt with immediately without any fuss. I always think that the best way to judge a company or individual is how they deal with a customer problem however minor.
Sandy’s “rule” is to make sure the client is always happy. This ethos has been repeated time and time again and is the reason why I will keep coming back to the store and will actively recommend to my friends and colleagues to use DMR.
