We understand that it is crucial for our clients and their families to receive the very best service from our teams of helpful experts. Always striving to go the extra mile, now it is more important than ever to ensure that the safety of our clients and colleagues is our priority.

As COVID-19 restrictions are lifted in England, our teams continue to work hard to make our showrooms a safe space for everybody.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

We continue to encourage all of our clients to book appointments via our website. This ensures that our clients do not have to wait for long periods to enter our showrooms. Where possible, during quieter periods, our showrooms may attempt to accommodate walk-in visits, but appointments are recommended to ensure you can enjoy the best of the DMR experience.

HOW WE’RE CHANGING…

MASKS AND FACE COVERINGS

For the safety of our clients and our teams, DMR colleagues will continue to wear face masks during client interactions and when moving around the showrooms. We welcome clients to continue wearing masks in showrooms.

CLIENT HYGIENE

Upon entry to the showroom, hand sanitiser remains available at all locations for client to sanitise their hands upon entry.

SHOWROOM SAFETY

Serving spaces within our showrooms remain equipped with screens to provide safe interactions between our colleagues and friends. Following all sales presentations, all products and serving spaces are cleaned thoroughly before we welcome another client.

Our colleagues will continue to make use of regular testing to ensure the safety of our showrooms and visitors.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS

For clients who may still be weary of visiting our showrooms, our expert teams continue to offer virtual appointments, which you can continue to enjoy from the comfort and safety of your home. To arrange a virtual appointment, contact your local DMR showroom by email today.

HOME DELIVERY

We will continue to make use of couriers and home delivery services for some purchases. To discover whether we can help you with this service, contact your local DMR showroom. You can also purchase DMR’s exclusive collections and a selection of luxury watches via our website, for convenient home delivery.
