HOW WE’RE CHANGING…
Upon entry to the showroom, clients will be asked to sanitise their hands using the equipment provided.
Serving spaces within our showrooms are now equipped with screens to ensure safe interactions between our colleagues and friends. Following all sales presentations, all products and serving spaces will be cleaned thoroughly before we welcome another client.
To assist our showroom teams in social distancing, members of the DMR team will now be arranging virtual appointments for those who are unable to visit our showroom. To arrange a virtual appointment, contact your local DMR showroom by email today.
We will be expanding our home delivery service to assist clients who wish to make a purchase without visiting our showroom. To discover whether we can help you with this service, contact your local DMR showroom.
Initially after reopening, we will be prioritising the repair of DMR jewellery and Rolex watches. One of DMR’s helpful experts will assist in booking your repairs in from a designated repair reception within our showroom.
