At David M Robinson, we understand the importance of getting a jewellery valuation for precious heirlooms. It is for this very reason that we offer this service to all our customers at our showrooms.
Individual items can be worth thousands of pounds and a detailed jewellery valuation may be necessary for a number of reasons. This can be for insurance purposes, sales between parties or even divorce settlements.
It is important to be aware that general home content policies often limit the amount that can be covered. Rare or one off pieces of jewellery may require a separate insurance policy and will need a detailed valuation as a result.
A valuation will give you the current replacement value of your jewellery or watch and the reassurance that should the item be lost, stolen or damaged, your insurance claim will be straightforward.
We offer a valuation service with our highly skilled and experienced independent valuer for peace of mind. You can visit any one of our showrooms to gain an accurate valuation for your most cherished pieces.
We are very pleased to announce a host of upcoming jewellery valuation days with the aim of offering impartial advice.
Each valuation is £70 for the first item and £55 for each following item.
Upon your attendance, you can expect exact valuations on all precious jewellery and watches. Georgina Deer, our very experienced and independent valuer, has been working with us for over seven years.
Her expert knowledge of jewellery manufacture and design means that she is able to give highly accurate valuations on all types of precious jewellery and watches.
Your valuation will include digital photos of your item of jewellery or timepiece, a detailed description and its true value.
We are very pleased to announce that we have scheduled five valuation days with Georgina Deer over the coming weeks.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
